Demolition of the old Kew Bridge, Surrey 1900

The old seven arched stone bridge at Kew, standing for 111 years, was the second bridge to be built. It was found insufficient for traffic and a new bridge was in course of construction. The third bridge began work in early 1899, built of granite was completed for an official opening on the 20th May 1903
