Duke of Wellington statue at Matthew Wyatt's foundry
The great equestrian bronze statue of the Duke of Wellington astride his horse Copenhagen at the foundry of its creator, Matthew Cotes Wyatt at Dudley Grove House in the Harrow Road. A carriage is being constructed to move the statue to Hyde Park Corner to top the Wellington Arch or Constitution Arch. The statue is now in Aldershot, Hampshire
