Miss Elizabeth Ponsonby (later the Hon. Mrs Dennis Pelly), one of the Bright Young Things of the 1920s, and daughter of Arthur Ponsonby a senior minister in the Labour government. Pictured in The Tatler at the time she was reportedly working as a mannequin, displaying dresses at the spring shows for a great fashion "house"
