Fatal fire at Eton College
Artist's impression of the fatal fire that occurred at Eton College on 1 June 1903 in the house of Mr.R. S. Kindersley, one of the masters, where Mr. Kindersley, his family, thirty-one pupils and eleven servants were all sleeping. Two fourteen-year-old boys, Lionel Lawson and James Kenneth Horne, were unable to escape and died from smoke inhalation
