Harold Chapin
Harold Chapin (1886-1915), American-born British actor, playwright and soldier. Widely considered one of the finest potential dramatic talents to be lost in the First World War. Chapin joined the Royal Army Medical Corps in September 1914 and was killed at the Battle of Loos trying to rescue a wounded comrade when he was wounded himself
