HMS Goliath sunk in 1915
Battle ship HMS Goliath, smaller sister ship of Ocean was torpedoed by a Turkish torpedo boat destroyer, in the Dardanelles during the land-and-sea attack on the Gallipoli Peninsula. Two torpedoes which struck Goliath almost simultaneously causing a massive explosion almost immediately capsizing, then another torpedoe hit making the Goliath sink, killing 570 out of 700 crew
