Colour illustration by George Ernest Studdy (1878-1948) showing Bonzo the dog, enjoying a romantic cup of tea with his Pekingese girlfriend! Studdy created Bonzo for The Sketch magazine in the early 1920s. He was hugely popular with the character spawning a range of merchandise from plush toys to ink wells
