Ja'far Pishevari
Ja'far Pishevari (1893 - 1947) arrives in Tehran at the end of April 1946 for talks with the Iranian Prime Minister. In November 1945, backed by the Soviet Union, Pishevari had founded the communist Azerbaijan People's Government in north-west Iran
