Just a wee note by G.E Studdy
Illustration by George Ernest Studdy (1878-1948) showing Bonzo the dog, dressed in a tartan tam o'shanter playing the Scottish bagpipes. Studdy created Bonzo for The Sketch magazine in the early 1920s. He was hugely popular with the character spawning a range of merchandise from plush toys to ink wells
