Nada Mountbatten, Marchioness of Milford Haven (1896 - 1963) seen at the back of this picture with Lady Bower Smith and Gloria Vanderbilt. Nada and Gloria were close friends and their relationship was alleged to be more than platonic during the bitter custody battle over Gloria's daughter in 1934
