Young Russian inventor Anatol M Josephs received the first US patent for a fully automatic photographic film developing machine. The person seated in the cabinet wound pay and sit for twenty seconds while the camera wound snap eight different positions and then you would receive a strip of portraits of yourself after developing that took eight minutes
