Ian Campbell, 11th Duke of Argyll, carries his third wife, the former Miss Margaret Whigham, and then Mrs Charles Sweeny, over the threshold of Inverary Castle following their wedding at Caxton Hall in the spring of 1951. The couple's marriage would break down irrevocably and result in a scandalous divorce case in court in 1963
