A small cannon is placed in front a house, and two men stand out on the porch of the house. It was being used as the headquarters of officers and sailors at Morant Bay, during the rebellion in 1865. After a protest march on the courthouse, against widespread injustice and poverty occurring, people rebelled and for a time controlled the area
