Mrs Donald Campbell and daughter Georgina
Georgina, the ten year old daughter of Mr Donald Campbell, helps her mother take the wheel of their launch on Coniston Water, Lancashire, the day that her father broke his own speed record with a new one of 225.63 m.p.h. with his jet-engined boat Bluebird. Campbell, who came from a speed record dynasty, would eventually be killed on the same stretch of water as he attempted another world water speed record in 1967
