Mrs Florence Emily Hardy
Florence Emily Hardy, nee Dugdale (1879 - 1937), second wife of the novelist Thomas Hardy. Florence was Hardy's secretary and herself a writer of children's books. She nursed Hardy through his last illness; he died in January 1928
