Three ensembles by Chanel. The seated figure on the left wears a close-fitting gown of cardinal velvet with matching gloves, and chrysanthemums on the shoulder straps. In the middle is a suit of pale green velvet corduroy with a slightly flared basque and a belt studded with nail heads and sapphires. On the right, is a red, wool suit with matching hat in same fabric worn with a patterned blouse with stand-up collar
