Oxford bags worn at Regent's Park, 1925
The logical development of the Oxford bags demonstrated at Regent's Park in 1925. The gentleman shown was one of the participants in the Old English Garden Fete in the Royal Botanic Gardens in Regent's Park. His trousers were stated to have measured 48 inches around the bottom. He's seen here giving a light to a lady in Victorian dress
