Which Period Do You Prefer? The Countess of Warwick poses in a modern down, and one of a not-so-distant but very different period. The modern gown is of pale pink angel skin rippled in white, and has a spray of dahlias on one shoulder: the Edwardian gown is of green velvet with mauve tuile flounces.
