Proposed Charing Cross Helidrome

Two illustrations by G.H.Davis showing the proposed helidrome for central London, at Charing Cross. The landing area itself stretches out over the Hungerford Bridge on the Thames, the associated buildings are adjacent to the Charing Cross Railway station. The proposal was instigated by Norman Dodds, M.P. for Dartford and the design work carried out by architects Messrs Aslan and Freeman
