Royal Wedding 1923 - T.R.H depart on honeymoon

They spent their honeymoon at Polesden Lacey, a country estate in Surrey and are shown here at Bookham Station on their way. The Duchess wore a dress and coat of dove grey crepe embroidered romain with a small brown hat, an ensemble specially chosen to allow the crowds to see her face
