Royal Wedding 1934 - dresses for Princess Marina

Sketches showing the dresses designed for Princess Marina of Greece by Captain Edward Molyneux for her wedding trousseau. Top left is a formal evening dress in peach coloured lame with a draped decolletage and a slightly trained skirt with a long sash of brown tulle. Bottom left is a sports dress and three quarter coat in almond green woollen material. The belt and buttons are of brown leather. On the right is an afternoon dress of black silk crepe with a fringe of the same material and a scarf and bow of orange velvet. In the centre is a cape of magnificent shaded pink ostrich feathers and heavy georgette of the same shade presented by the pepole of Oudtshoorn, Cape Province, South Africa to Princess Marina. The capes was designed by Molyneux
