Mussolini heading a group of Fascist officials during a demonstration of the goose-step or passo Romano which was for the first time introduced in the Blackshirt militia and adopted by Italy's regular army. Mussolini saying: "It is a step which sedentary people with large stomachs and half buried, deficient people of so-called half-size people will never be able to do. That's why we like it."
