Sir Richard Douglas Powell
Sir Richard Douglas Powell (1842 - 1925), British physician, M.D. medical adviser to the Royal family and present at the death of both Queen Victoria in 1901 and Edward VII in 1910. Powell was one of the signatories to the official announcement of the king's death posted outside Buckingham Palace
