The three, somewhat grisly, stages of turtle soup for the Lord Mayor's Banquet at the Guildhall on 9 November 1903. First picture shows the turtles being unloaded at Waterloo station, then chopped up ready for the stewpot before being simmered in large pots in the Mansion House kitchen
