Mr P. R. G. Buchanan, whose caricatures, mainly of horse racing society, under the pseudonym The Tout were published in The Tatler and The Bystander magazines during the 1920s and 30s. Portrait published in The Tatler at the time his pictures were exhibited at the Walker Galleries in New Bond Street in May 1931
