Unveiling of the statue of Prince Christian Victor
Unveiling a monument to Prince Christian Victor, elder son of Princess Christian of Schleswig-Holstein (Princess Helena), and grandson of Queen Victoria. He died of enteric fever while serving in the Boer War. The statue was the work of Mr. Goscombe John A.R.A. while the niche in which it was positioned was by Mr. A. M. Nutt, architect to Windsor Castle
