Viscount Northland, killed in action, 1915
Viscount Northland (1882-1915) of the Coldstream Guards, killed in action in February 1915 during World War One. He left behind a son, barely two years of age. His wife, Hilda Susan Ellen, would later marry again, only to be widowed a second time when her then-husband Commander, the Hon. Geoffrey Mills, was also killed in action in 1917
