Wedding of Princess Mary, only daughter of King George V and Queen Mary, later Princess Royal and Countess of Harewood, to Henry, Viscount Lascelles, later 6th Earl of Harewood, on 28th February 1922. They were married at Westminster Abbey, and the route through Westminster was decorated. Here their carriage passes under a huge banner declaring Westminster wishes all happiness to the bride and bridegroom
