William Wostenholme, blind organist
Mr William Wostenholme (1865 - 1931), organist and composer. Totally blind from birth, who was a talented musician and studied at the College for Blind Sons of Gentlemen at Worcester. He studied music under Elgar, and toured widely including the USA and concerts at Steinway Hall
