The wreck of the Herefordshire, seen here on the Cardigan coast. The old liner broke away from the tugs in stormy conditions, endangering her four crew. The Herefordshire was on her to the Clyde, the crew managed to scramble ashore and were discovered by the Gwbert life-saving crew
