WW1 - A French officer and German sergeant cross paths at a prisoners camp in France. The French Lieutenant has returned home to complete his convalescence after having won the Legion of Honour and the War Cross. The honourably wounded French officer, his wife and his son walk passed the German captive as he watches his conqueror with envy and resentment
