Battle of Pirot, Serbo-Bulgarian War

The Battle of Pirot, 26th-27th November 1885, during the Serbo-Bulgarian War. The battle ended with a Bulgarian victory, consolidating their victory in the war. The war lasted two weeks from 14th - 28th November, started by Serbia in protest at the unification of Bulgaria and Eastern Rumelia, although the Serbs were decisively defeated
