Berlin fireman outfit
German Edwardian Firemen's Outfits; from a fire brigade demonstration in Berlin. It shows a fireman wearing the very latest of outfits, which consists of a complete set of waterproof overalls and gloves. Round the waist is the lifebelt, used for a double purpose. On the head is a helmet, the chief feature of the outfit. From the top water is sprayed in a circle round him. and when used in a blazing building will add materially to the fireman's protection
