The ex-Judge Moung Oon (C.I.E.), Rangoon, Burma (Myanmar). He is seen wearing traditional Burmese attire, and with his Companion of the Most Eminent Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) medal around his neck, an award created by Queen Victoria in 1878
