King of Siam, coronation
The coronation of the King of Siam took place on December 2nd 1911 in Bangkok, in the capital and chief port of King Vajiravudh's kingdom. The crowned king was Vajiravudh, also known as King Rama VI, he was the sixth monarch of Siam under the Chakri dynasty, ruling from 1910 until his death in 1925. King Vajiravudh is known for his efforts to create and promote Siamese nationalism
