Blood Swept Sands and Seas of Red, a centenary memorial conceived and designed by ceramicist Paul Cummins for Armistice Day 2014. Commemorating the fallen of the First World War. 888, 246 ceramic poppies, one for each member of the British and colonial armed services, covered the grass moat at the Tower of London, attracting about five million visitors. Each poppy was sold for charity at ae25.00 each
