Lenin bow badge, Russia
This badge from the former Soviet Union shows Lenin, his hand raised in greeting. Born in 1870, the revolutionary leader was exiled to Siberia in 1895 and on his release went to live abroad. He returned to Russia in 1917 and led the Bolshevik overthrow of Kerensky's government, heading the new government until his death in 1924
