Jul. 19, 1963 - Questions in Commons On Families Who Live in Fear': There were a number of heated exchanges in the House of Commons yesterday - when questions were asked about the Rachman Empire'. People were said to be living in slum properties - owned by the Rachman Companies and that they were being subject to threats and intimidation designed - they say to make them quit- so that the property can be let to higher paying tenants.
