Jun. 06, 1957 - Quads Born In London - All Girls And All Doing Well: Quads - all girls - born at Queen Charlotte's Maternity Hospital, Hammersmith, early today to Mrs. Celia Philip, aged 28, of Kingswood, Surrey, were said this afternoon to be doing well'. The babies were born at intervals of a few minutes and weighed 4lb. 2 ozs. 3lb 11/2ozs, 3lb. 41/2ozs, and 4lb. 3ozs, a total weight of 14lb. 11oz. The babies, which were not due until mid-July, were placed in incubators. The quads father in Southall. The first quad was born at 7:27 a.m. and the last at 7:41 a.m. 14 minutes later.
