Jun. 06, 1966 - Reception To Model For Gold Statue Of Princess Medina: A reception was held today at the Dorchester Hotel, London, to meet Miss Rica Diallina, the Greek actress, whom sculptor Charles de Temple chose to be the model, after a worldwide search, for his forthcoming sculpture in pure gold of Princess Medina, daughter of King Midas of Phrygia, who turned everything he touched into gold. Charles de Temple hopes to complete the sculpture early in 1967 when, together with an important collection of his works, Princess Medina will be exhibited in all major cities of the world.
