Feb. 02, 1977 - American vocal group Manhattan Transfer in London: Manhattan Transfer, the vocal group who have earned a name for themselves through their distinctive interpretations of the sounds and styles of the 30's 40's and 50's. The next stop on their tour, after the sold out concerts at the New Victoria Theatre on February 23rd, 24th and tonight 26th plus one tomorrow night in Manchester, they will be leaving for Germany. The group are currently at No. 6 in the British charts with their single Chanson D'Amour'.
