Mar. 22 Salvation Army Lads and Lasses - Ger With It': Eight Salvation Army Lads and Lasses with the pop title of the The Joystrings are making a new approach in the problem of getting to the people'. They have made a pop record - It's an Open Secret which is rapidly climbing the charts. Yesterday they made their debut at the Blue Angel - West End night club. For their appearances here they are not receiving any salary - but the club is making a donation to the Salvation Army funds. The club is a popular rendenvous for debutantes - and their escorts.
