Sir Arthur Markham (1866 - 1916), 1st Baronet Markham of Arusha(East Africa), and Liberal MP for Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. A noted industrialist, he also campaigned to prevent under aged boys(those under the age of 18) signing up for military service in the British Army during World War One
