An American peeress: two portraits of the Countess of Carrick, formerly Mrs Marion C. Edwards, daughter of Daniel C. Donoghue of Philadelphia. She married Lord Ikerrin in 1930 and her husband succeeded as the 8th Earl of Carrick the following year
