Blanche Littler (Lady Robey) (1897-1981) theatrical producer - donates her late husband Sir George Robey's cricket bat to charity. Sir George Edward Wade, CBE, known professionally as George Robey, was an English comedian, singer and actor in musical theatre, who became known as one of the greatest music hall performers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Off-stage, Robey led an active lifestyle and was a keen amateur sportsman, playing a good standard of football and cricket
