Armstrong Whitworth AW27 Ensign 1 G-ADSS Egeria (msn AW1157), of Imperial Airways Ltd. on the apron at Croydon Airport, with passengers viewing the aircraft before boarding. G-ADSS, also registered VT-AJE at some time, entered service on 3 October 1935 and transferred to British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) on 22 august 1940, before being scrapped at Hamble on 26 March 47
