Avro York C Mk.I LV626, the 1st prototype on 28th August 1942. LV626 can be seen with the original twin fin tail, fitted only to the 1st and 2nd Prototypes. LV626 would be retrofitted with the third central fin during conversion to the sole York C Mk.II, powered by Bristol Hercules radial engines
