From Montana Air National Guard, 186th Fighter Interceptor Squadron, 120th Fighter Interceptor Group, based at Great Falls International Airport, Montana. Transferred to AMARC for disposal in 1987, converted to QF-106A unmanned target and shot down by an AIM-120 on 22 June 1995
