Cosmic Wind Minnow N21C (re-built) formula one racer; race number 4 - Information: Conceived in 1947 by a consortium of Lockheed engineers and pilots and designed by Irven Culver, each of the Cosmic wind family was powered by an 85hp Continental C-85. Span: 19'6"; Length: 16'0". The 4 midget racers were constructed by Lockheed personnel in their own time: NX67888 N20C "Little Toni, Flying Frenchman" piloted by Tony Levier and W F Robinson; NX67889 N21C "Minnow" piloted by Herman "Fish" Salmon; N22C "Ballerina" piloted by Vincent Ast, Robert B Downey and Glenn Fulkerson; N36C "Miss Cosmic Wind" was completed as a mid-wing monoplane instead of with a low-wing
