Curtiss Model 35 Hawk 1 NR9110, Doolittle Hawk
Curtiss Model 35 Hawk 1 NR9110 (msn 17), colloquially known as the Doolittle Hawk with Lieutenant Jimmy Doolittle, who flew it for Curtiss on demonstration flights. After being sold by Curtiss it eventually ended its days in the Gulf of Mexico, after being forced down during an air-race, between Florida and Cuba, in January 1940
